Replaces the term "prostitution" with "commercial sexual activity" in the definition of "confirmed sexual exploitation" under Michigan's Child Protection Law

Adds the Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential to the definition of "child care regulatory agency" alongside existing licensing departments

Removes the definitions of "substantiated" and "unsubstantiated" from the law, which previously referred to confirmed and unconfirmed cases respectively

Makes minor technical and grammatical corrections throughout the definitions section, including clarifying language about sexual contact and sexual penetration terms

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent on House Bill 5016 also being enacted into law
