Updates Michigan's child care organization law to replace references to "epinephrine auto-injector" with "epinephrine delivery system" throughout section 17a, expanding the types of epinephrine devices minor children may possess at children's camps

Allows minor children at children's camps to possess and use epinephrine delivery systems (not just auto-injectors) and epinephrine inhalers to treat anaphylaxis, provided they have written approval from a physician and parent

Defines "epinephrine delivery system" by reference to section 17744a of the public health code (1978 PA 368)

Maintains existing requirements for written emergency care plans and liability protections for camps and their employees regarding children's use of inhalers and epinephrine devices

Takes effect only if House Bills 5049, 5050, 5051, 5053, and 5054 of the 103rd Legislature are all enacted into law
