Updates Michigan's revised school code to replace the term "epinephrine auto-injector" with the broader term "epinephrine delivery system" throughout sections governing medication administration in schools

Maintains liability protections for school administrators, teachers, and employees who administer epinephrine delivery systems in good faith, except in cases of willful or wanton misconduct

Allows pupils to possess and use epinephrine delivery systems (rather than only auto-injectors or inhalers) at school, on school transportation, and at school-sponsored activities with proper written approvals and emergency care plans on file

Defines "epinephrine delivery system" by reference to section 17744a of the public health code (1978 PA 368)
