Requires the State Court Administrative Office to create a tenant's rights form within 90 days, developed in consultation with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority

Form must include a summary of tenant rights under multiple Michigan laws (Truth in Renting Act, landlord-tenant law, Housing Law of Michigan, and Revised Judicature Act) and a list of legal resources for tenants alleging violations

Summary must be printed in 12-point boldface type, with information about release from lease obligations for victims of domestic violence, criminal sexual conduct, or stalking in 14-point boldface type

Form must be available at the State Court Administrative Office and easily accessible on its website

Within 60 days of form creation, landlords must attach the form as an addendum to all lease agreements and post it in common areas of rental premises (hallways, mailbox rooms, laundry rooms, etc.)
