Eliminates Michigan's beer tax of $6.30 per barrel on all beer manufactured or sold in the state, effective upon enactment of the amendment

The repealed tax currently applies to beer sold in bulk or different quantities, paid by brewers/brewpubs for in-state production or by wholesalers for out-of-state production

Removes the $2.00 per barrel tax credit previously available to eligible brewers (those producing 60,000 barrels or fewer annually) for their first 30,000 barrels

Ends all collection mechanisms, reporting requirements, and rebate provisions associated with the state beer tax
