Doubles the daily limit for imitation money or chips that a millionaire party licensee can receive from $20,000 to $40,000 per day

Increases the total limit for licensees who conduct events without supplier dealers and own the location from $80,000 to $160,000 (divided by number of gaming days allowed under the license)

Makes minor technical changes to terminology, replacing "years old" with "years of age" throughout the statute

Maintains existing requirements that individuals under 18 cannot enter gaming areas and those 18-20 must wear age verification marks when alcohol is served
