Permits out-of-state driver's licenses and state-issued personal identification cards as valid forms of ID

Allows federal identification including U.S. passports, military photo IDs, and federal government-issued photo ID cards

Authorizes tribal photo identification cards, local government-issued photo IDs, and student photo identification cards from educational institutions as acceptable verification
