Reduces the timeframe for Michigan's administrator to hold a board meeting on federal controlled substance scheduling changes from 91 days to 60 days after receiving notice.

Requires the administrator to publish reasons for not adopting federal scheduling changes within 60 days of that decision, down from 91 days.

Automatically aligns Michigan's controlled substance schedules with federal designations, reschedulings, or deletions unless the administrator acts within the specified timeframe.

Amends section 7204 of the Michigan Public Health Code (1978 PA 368) regarding controlled substance scheduling procedures.
