Lowers the age for annual breast cancer screening mammography coverage from 40 years old to 35 years old

Eliminates the previous provision that only allowed women aged 35-39 to receive one screening mammography examination during that entire 5-year period

Requires health insurers to cover one breast cancer screening mammography examination every calendar year for women 35 and older

Maintains existing requirements that coverage for breast cancer diagnostic, outpatient treatment, and rehabilitative services must have dollar limits, deductibles, and coinsurance no less favorable than those for physical illness generally
