Restricts limited cosmetologist license holders from performing other cosmetology services (skin care, manicuring, electrology) unless separately licensed for those services

Amends definitions in the Occupational Code to add "limited cosmetologist license" as a defined term alongside existing license types

Updates existing provisions to clarify that individuals with limited cosmetologist licenses are subject to the same restrictions as manicurists, natural hair culturists, and estheticians regarding performing only their specific licensed services
