Michigan Department of Health and Human Services must create comprehensive training materials in consultation with domestic and sexual violence prevention organizations

Employers of mandated reporters must provide the department's training materials to employees, unless they offer their own annually-updated training based on the department's materials

Training materials must be made publicly available on the department's website

Bill's effective date is contingent on House Bill No. 4530 of the 103rd Legislature also being enacted into law
