Maintains existing penalty structure for plumbing contractors who violate supervision ratios: $5,000 fine for first violation, $10,000 for second violation, and 90-day license suspension with required re-examination for third violation

Enforcement of the supervision ratio continues to be applied on a per-jobsite basis by the department or enforcing agency
