Creates the Office of Veteran Homelessness within the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to identify, coordinate, and align state, federal, local, and private resources and programs for homeless veterans in Michigan

Requires the office to maintain a website describing available resources and programs, provide outreach services to veterans, and assist veterans in obtaining resources or participating in programs

Establishes the Veteran Homelessness Fund in the state treasury with an appropriation of $1,000,000 for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with funds not lapsing to the general fund at year end

Mandates annual reports to legislative committees by January 1 each year, including county-level estimates of homeless veterans, summaries of available resources, challenges to securing housing, and policy recommendations

Authorizes the office to establish new programs, acquire private resources, recommend changes to state and federal laws and policies, and coordinate with other departments on veteran homelessness issues
