Requires the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to develop a transition bridge program for service members and veterans focused on mental health, well-being, and suicide prevention

Program must be offered at least 4 times per year and be available to eligible members within 2 months before and after their military separation date, with enrollment permitted up to 1 year after separation

Program must cover warning signs for PTSD, depression, substance use disorder, and suicide; traditional and alternative mental health treatment options; and resources for transitioning to civilian life

Eligible members include Michigan residents currently serving in or veterans of the Michigan National Guard, Armed Forces (active duty or reserve), or other uniformed services (NOAA Corps, Public Health Service Corps)

Individual service member and veteran information collected under the program is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, and no personally identifying information may be collected in program data
