Creates the Vietnam Veteran Era Bonus Extension Act to provide cash bonuses to veterans who served between September 1, 1973 and May 7, 1975 and were Michigan residents for at least 6 months before service or before February 25, 1973

Pays combat veterans (those eligible for Vietnam Service Medal or Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal) $600, and non-combat veterans $15 per month of service up to $450 maximum

Requires veterans to have completed at least 190 days of honorable service to qualify, with exceptions for those who died or received medical discharges due to service-connected injuries

Allows beneficiaries (surviving spouse, child, or dependent parent) to claim bonuses for deceased veterans or those listed as missing in action

Appropriates up to $1,000,000 from the general fund for administrative expenses and creates the Vietnam Veteran Era Bonus Extension Fund in the state treasury, with a 5-year application deadline from the act's effective date
