Directs the Michigan Department of Education to develop or adopt a model presentation on organ, eye, and tissue donation by January 1, 2027, in consultation with the state's federally designated organ procurement organization

Limits the presentation to one class period and requires it to include information about the Michigan organ donor registry

Encourages school districts, intermediate school districts, and public school academies to provide the presentation to students before completing 9th grade, starting in the 2027-2028 school year

Allows parents or legal guardians to submit a written request to excuse their student from attending the presentation without penalty
