Maintains the 48-month availability period for work project appropriations before remaining balances lapse to the originating state fund

Removes outdated language regarding work projects established before the 1999 effective date of the original act

Requires the director to report work project account summaries within 120 days after fiscal year end, including account balances, lapsed funds, and recipient funds
