Makes technical amendments replacing gendered language ("his or her") with gender-neutral terms ("the victim's") throughout the section

Applies to amendments of Michigan's Crime Victim Compensation Act (1976 PA 223), which provides compensation up to $45,000 per claimant for crime-related expenses
