Expands the list of services that domestic violence shelter programs may provide to include supportive services for common household pets, including shelter

Domestic violence shelter programs receiving state funds must provide or assist victims in obtaining at least 3 services from an expanded list that now includes 8 options instead of 7

Updates statutory references to the mental health code to reflect current citation format
