Prohibits registered sex offenders from being employed at businesses that primarily serve individuals under 18, including martial arts studios, dance studios, summer camps, tutoring services, youth sports venues, bowling alleys, laser tag centers, escape rooms, and mobile vending businesses

First violation constitutes a misdemeanor punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment, a fine up to $1,000, or both

Second or subsequent violations constitute a felony punishable by up to 4 years imprisonment, a fine up to $2,000, or both

Requires registering authorities to provide written notice of these employment restrictions at initial registration and each subsequent verification

Takes effect 90 days after enactment
