Establishes the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Fund within the state treasury to support a pilot program for hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment

Designates the Department of Health and Human Services as the fund administrator responsible for audits and expenditures

Allows fund expenditures only for two purposes: providing grants under the hyperbaric oxygen therapy grant program and establishing/operating the pilot program

Requires any remaining money in the fund to lapse to the general fund after the pilot program ends

Takes effect only if House Bill No. 5456 of the 103rd Legislature is also enacted into law (tie bar provision)
