Modifies Michigan Election Law to require candidate nominating petitions to include the candidate's city or township, county, and website address (if any) instead of street address.

Applies to nominating petitions for school board members, metropolitan district officers, partisan candidates, and new political party candidates.

Updates petition language throughout to use gender-neutral terms such as "the circulator" instead of "his or her" and "individual" instead of "person."

Adds new section 544g to the Michigan Election Law governing petition information requirements.

Retains existing signature requirements, filing deadlines, and penalties for petition violations including misdemeanor fines up to $500 and/or 93 days imprisonment, with felony charges for signing with multiple names.
