Requires health care providers to report adverse events from vaccines to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services beginning January 1, 2027, including patient demographics, vaccine details, symptoms, test results, and outcomes.

Defines "adverse event resulting from an immunizing agent" as any vaccine injury reported by a patient to their health care provider or diagnosed by the provider.

Prohibits schools, school principals, administrators, or anyone acting on behalf of a school from accessing the Michigan Care Improvement Registry (immunization registry).

Maintains existing parental opt-out rights allowing parents, guardians, or persons in loco parentis to object in writing to having their child's immunization reported to the state registry.

Directs the department to promulgate rules for reporting adverse vaccine events and for the acquisition, maintenance, and dissemination of registry information, subject to the new school access restrictions.
