Prohibits Michigan's Department of Management and Budget, state administrative board, or any state representative from selling or conveying state-owned real property to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or any ICE subsidiary.

Requires all future conveyances of state property to include a deed restriction prohibiting use of the property as an immigration detention center by the federal government or private contractors working with the federal government.

Mandates that property conveyances include provisions allowing Michigan to reclaim the property if the immigration detention restriction is violated.

Declares any conveyance of state property that violates these provisions void and without legal effect.

Amends the Management and Budget Act (1984 PA 431) by adding Section 256.
