Amends Michigan's concealed weapons law to add a 5-inch minimum length threshold for prohibited "dangerous weapons" and double-edged nonfolding stabbing instruments, allowing shorter items to be legally carried concealed.

Expands the exception for hunting knives to include fishing knives, permitting both to be carried concealed when adapted and used for their intended purposes.

Prohibits carrying specified weapons (daggers, dirks, stilettos, double-edged stabbing instruments over 5 inches, and other dangerous weapons over 5 inches) concealed on a person or in any occupied vehicle.

Maintains existing exceptions allowing prohibited weapons to be possessed in one's dwelling, place of business, or on property the person owns.

Violation remains a felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment or a fine up to $2,500.
