Amends Michigan's Construction Lien Act to add a definition of "mobile home" by referencing the Mobile Home Commission Act (1987 PA 96, MCL 125.2302)

Expands the definition of "residential structure" to explicitly include mobile homes alongside individual residential condominium units and residential buildings containing not more than 2 units

Enables contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers who perform work on mobile homes to file construction liens under the same procedures available for other residential structures

Makes minor grammatical updates to replace gendered language ("himself or herself") with gender-neutral phrasing ("the subcontractor")
