Maintains existing funding allocations for other transportation purposes, including $3,000,000 annually to the rail grade crossing account and various allocations to the local bridge fund, comprehensive transportation fund, and transportation economic development fund

Applies to the Michigan transportation fund established under 1951 PA 51, which governs classification and funding of public roads, streets, and highways in the state
