Amends Michigan's Code of Criminal Procedure to add sentencing guidelines for three new felony offenses under the Money Transmission Modernization Act (MCL 487.2281), all classified as Class E public trust felonies with a 5-year maximum sentence.

The new offenses cover intentionally making false statements or misrepresentations in records, criminal fraud in conducting money transmission business, and license violations under the modernization act.

Maintains existing sentencing guidelines for offenses under the current Money Transmission Services Act (MCL 487.1042), also classified as Class E public trust felonies with 5-year maximums.

Takes effect January 1, 2026, contingent on the enactment of HB 5544, which would establish the underlying Money Transmission Modernization Act.
