Adds an exemption allowing individuals to test backflow preventers and air admittance valves without a plumber's license if they hold an active ASSE 5110 certification as a backflow prevention assembly tester

Amends the Skilled Trades Regulation Act (2016 PA 407) specifically section 1107 regarding plumbing licensure requirements

Currently, only licensed master or journey plumbers can perform plumbing work, with limited exceptions for minor repairs, homeowner installations, and certain other specified work

The bill also updates outdated language throughout the section, replacing "shall" with "must" or "is" and modernizing pronoun references
