Amends the Consumer Financial Services Act to add the Earned Wage Access Services Act to the list of "financial licensing acts" regulated under the statute

Updates references to reflect current agency names, changing "office of financial and insurance services of the department of labor and economic growth" to "department of insurance and financial services"

Removes the Sale of Checks Act (1960 PA 136) from the definition of financial licensing acts and from Class II license exclusions

Reorganizes the list of financial licensing acts into a numbered subparagraph format for clarity

Takes effect only if HB 5558 (the Earned Wage Access Services Act) is also enacted into law
