Updates Michigan's State Plane Coordinates Act to align with current National Spatial Reference System (NSRS) standards maintained by NOAA/National Geodetic Survey, replacing references to the outdated 1927 and 1983 coordinate systems.

Requires all coordinate measurements to be expressed in meters or international feet (1 foot = 0.3048 meter exactly), eliminating the previous U.S. survey foot standard.

Mandates that recorded coordinate documents include metadata such as geodetic reference system used, applicable epoch, 95% confidence level positional tolerance estimates, and date of observation.

Repeals MCL 54.232, 54.235, and 54.235a, which contained the now-obsolete zone definitions and coordinate system parameters for the 1927 and 1983 systems.

Consolidates Michigan's three geographic zones (north, central, south) under a simplified definition based on contiguous county boundaries or submerged lands.
