Establishes a new licensing framework for freestanding hyperbaric oxygen therapy facilities in Michigan by adding Part 212 to the Public Health Code

Defines "accreditation organization" as entities approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to survey and certify health facilities, including the Joint Commission, DNV, and other nationally recognized organizations

Requires facilities to appoint a medical director and safety coordinator as specified in the act

Limits "qualified health professionals" who may be involved to physicians, physician's assistants, and nurse practitioners with specialty certification

Bill is contingent on passage of three related bills (HB 5590, HB 5592, and HB 5593) and will not take effect unless all are enacted
