Establishes appropriations for Michigan public schools for fiscal year 2026-2027, replacing the previous fiscal year 2025-2026 funding levels.

Sets placeholder amounts of $100.00 from multiple funding sources including the state school aid fund, general fund, school consolidation and infrastructure fund, school transportation fund, enrollment stabilization fund, great start readiness program reserve fund, educator fellowship public provider fund, state school aid pupil support reserve fund, and general pupil support reserve fund.

Removes the fiscal year 2024-2025 appropriations totaling approximately $18.8 billion from various funds that were previously included in the statute.

Maintains the existing payment schedule requiring the department to prepare distribution files by the 20th of each month from October through August, with payments made on those dates or the next business day.

Continues provisions allowing the state treasurer to make payments via warrant or electronic funds transfer, and permits advance release of funds up to 30 days early upon written request demonstrating temporary, nonrecurring need.
