Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines (MCL 777.16d) to add felony classifications for assaults against Department of Health and Human Services employees, contractors, and designated caregivers.

Establishes assault causing physical injury to a DHHS employee or contractor as a Class G felony with a 2-year maximum sentence under MCL 750.81c(2).

Classifies assault causing serious impairment of body function to a DHHS employee or contractor as a Class E felony with a 5-year maximum sentence under MCL 750.81c(3).

Creates parallel sentencing guidelines for assaults on DHHS designated caregivers: Class G felony (2 years) for physical injury and Class E felony (5 years) for serious impairment under MCL 750.81f.
