Creates lifetime hunting and fishing licenses for disabled veterans in Michigan, effective July 1, 2027, with fees based on VA disability rating: free for totally and permanently disabled veterans, $50 for 70%+ disabled, $75 for 50-69% disabled, and $100 for 30-49% disabled.

Disabled veteran lifetime hunting license includes resident base license, two deer licenses, waterfowl hunting license, fur harvester's license, and turkey license privileges.

Disabled veteran lifetime fishing license includes all-species fishing license privileges and remains valid even if the license holder becomes a nonresident.

Authorized license sellers may retain $2 from each disabled veteran lifetime hunting or fishing license sold, with proceeds deposited into the game and fish lifetime license trust fund.

Amends the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act (1994 PA 451) by adding section 44102a and modifying sections 44101, 44103, 44104, 44105, and 44106 to incorporate the new veteran license provisions.
