Mandates disclosure of sponsoring legislator names, recipient names and locations, purpose of the grant, requested funding amount, and prior funding sources

Requires not-for-profit recipients to verify 36 months of state operation, 12 months with a physical state office, board of directors information, and non-profit status

Prohibits for-profit businesses from receiving legislatively directed spending items and requires legislators to certify no personal, staff, or immediate family financial interest in the grant

Directs the House to create a public webpage displaying all completed disclosure statements within three business days of receipt
