Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to only present to the Governor enrolled House bills that have been finally passed by both houses of the 103rd Legislature

Asserts that business pending at the final adjournment of the 102nd Legislature on January 1, 2025 did not carry over to the 103rd Legislature, based on Michigan Constitution Article IV, Section 13

Clarifies that the Standing Rules adopted by the 103rd Legislature on January 8, 2025 only authorize presenting bills passed by the current (103rd) Legislature to the Governor

Requires copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Clerk of the House, the Governor, and the President of the Senate

Establishes that presenting bills passed by the previous 102nd Legislature would not comply with the current House rules
