Recognizes Survival Flight services for providing rapid transport of critically ill or injured patients, donor organs, and lifesaving equipment such as ECMO systems

Directs copies of the resolution be transmitted to the families of those lost, Michigan Medicine leadership, and the University of Michigan Transplant Center
