Creates the "Developing Effective Policies on Orderly Removal and Transportation" (DEPORT) task force to recommend policies facilitating deportation of undocumented immigrants in Michigan

Task force consists of 15 members appointed by the Speaker of the House, including legislators, state police, sheriffs, police chiefs, county commissioners, local elected officials, prosecutors, and experts in drug and human trafficking

Requires a preliminary report to the legislature within 1 month of member appointments, an update within 3 months, and a final report within 1 year

Directs the task force to recommend policies for law enforcement training on interacting with undocumented immigrants and coordinating with federal agencies, particularly the Department of Homeland Security

Task force writings are exempt from Freedom of Information Act disclosure; members receive no compensation; task force automatically dissolves 1 year after member appointments
