Establishes separate penalties for aliens found in Michigan after being previously deported or removed, ranging from 90 days to 1 year for misdemeanors, and 2-20 years for felonies depending on prior criminal history

Prohibits arrests for these offenses at schools, churches, synagogues, places of worship, or health care facilities where the individual is receiving medical treatment

Allows courts to issue orders requiring aliens to return to their country of origin in lieu of prosecution or upon conviction, with law enforcement responsible for transport to a port of entry

Provides immunity from state law liability and indemnification for federal law claims for state and local officials, employees, and contractors who enforce these provisions, including coverage of attorney fees for criminal prosecution defense
