Expands the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy's authority to inspect and regulate waterworks systems at mobile home parks and seasonal mobile home parks, including customer site piping systems

Adds definitions for "mobile home," "mobile home park," and "seasonal mobile home park" by referencing the mobile home commission act

Authorizes the department to investigate complaints at mobile home parks about inadequate, unhealthful water or water not meeting state drinking water standards

Allows the department to order owners of customer site piping at mobile home parks to make operational changes, provide treatment, make structural changes, or add capacity to meet drinking water standards

Enables the department to issue emergency orders to mobile home park piping owners when water systems pose an imminent public health hazard and to limit system expansion until improvements are made
