Adds the portions of the Mackinac Bridge not open to the public to the list of "key facilities" protected under Michigan's trespassing law

Unauthorized entry onto a key facility is a felony punishable by up to 4 years imprisonment, a fine up to $2,500, or both

Removes the requirement that a facility must be "completely enclosed" for the law to apply, while maintaining requirements for physical barriers and posted signage

Key facilities must display conspicuous warning signs with minimum 1-inch letter height, at least 50 square inches in size, visible from any point of entry

Clarifies that leaving a barrier open during normal business hours for official purposes is not a defense against prosecution for unauthorized entry
