Extends the conclusive presumption of whole dependency for a surviving spouse from the date of death to 208 weeks, after which dependency is determined based on facts at the time of injury

Raises the age threshold for children to be presumed wholly dependent from 16 years to 18 years of age

Increases the maximum funeral and burial expense reimbursement from $6,000 to $12,000

Modifies the calculation of partial dependency benefits to be based on the ratio of the employee's income to the combined income of the employee and the partially dependent individual at the time of injury

Applies remarriage and dependency cessation provisions to individuals who are receiving compensation as of July 30, 2025 and are under age 18
