Exempts honey and maple syrup producers from food establishment licensure requirements when their gross sales do not exceed the cottage food product sales limit

Requires unlicensed honey and maple syrup producers to use labels substantially similar to cottage food product labels

Maintains licensure exemption for retail outlets selling prepackaged honey or maple syrup if operated by the producer and the processing facility is already licensed

Applies only to honey and maple syrup produced in Michigan
