Creates the Michigan-Ireland Trade Commission within the Michigan Economic Development Corporation to advance bilateral trade, investment, and business/academic exchanges between Michigan and Ireland

Commission consists of 9 members appointed by the governor, including representatives from higher education, chamber of commerce, Irish-American communities, and nominees from legislative leaders

Members serve 2-year terms without compensation but may receive expense reimbursement; commission must meet at least quarterly and comply with open meetings and freedom of information laws

Establishes the Michigan-Ireland Trade Commission Fund in the state treasury to receive gifts, grants, and donations to support the commission's operations and purposes

Requires annual reports to the governor and legislature beginning February 1, 2027, detailing findings, results, and recommendations from the previous year
