Authorizes State Building Authority financing for 13 construction projects at universities and community colleges, with individual project costs ranging from $1.875 million to $140 million, including new buildings for engineering, technology, health sciences, and business programs

Funds the Michigan State Capitol Commission Park Michigan project at $25 million total cost through State Building Authority financing

Reduces the authorized cost for Michigan Technological University's H-STEM Engineering and Health Technology Complex Phase I by $1,514,800 to a new total of $51,585,200
