Requires distribution of assets and proper securement of closed school buildings within 60 days after closure, including an asset inventory report to the governing board and department

Designates the intermediate school district as the default records repository for student records from closed schools, with the Michigan Department of Education required to develop a model closure policy by March 31, 2026
