Prohibits the manufacture, sale, offer for sale, or possession of bump stocks and multiburst trigger activators in Michigan by adding them to the existing list of banned weapons

Defines "bump stock" as a device that allows a semiautomatic firearm to fire multiple shots with a single trigger pull by harnessing recoil energy

Defines "multiburst trigger activator" to include devices that increase firing rates, allow burst firing, or mimic automatic fire, including trigger cranks and certain aftermarket trigger systems

Violation is a felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment, a fine up to $2,500, or both

Existing exemptions continue to apply, including for licensed manufacturers and those with federal contracts for firearms, explosives, or munitions
