Prohibits individuals with concealed pistol licenses from carrying concealed weapons in the Michigan State Capitol Building, Anderson House Office Building, and Binsfeld Senate Office Building

Exempts current members of the Michigan House of Representatives and Michigan Senate from the prohibition on carrying concealed pistols in these state buildings

Maintains existing exemptions for retired law enforcement officers, security personnel, private investigators, corrections officers, court officers, and peace officers

Violations carry escalating penalties: first offense is a civil infraction with up to $500 fine and 6-month license suspension; second offense is a misdemeanor with up to $1,000 fine and license revocation; third or subsequent offense is a felony with up to 4 years imprisonment and/or $5,000 fine

Parking areas of all prohibited premises remain excluded from the concealed carry restrictions
