Adds a final order or judgment under the "protecting minors from chemical and surgical mutilation act" as a prohibited act that constitutes grounds for disciplinary action against health professionals

Establishes that violations related to performing gender reassignment procedures on minors would result in mandatory sanctions of revocation, permanent revocation, or denial of professional licensure

Exempts these violations from the requirement that permanent revocation only be imposed after finding a pattern of intentional fraud or deceit, allowing permanent revocation for a single violation

Applies to licensed health professionals including physicians, nurses, and other practitioners regulated under Michigan's Public Health Code

Requires Senate Bill No. 289 to be enacted into law before this bill takes effect (tie bar provision)
